Mrs. Omolegbe Leah Tinuola hails from the Ogori Mangongo local government area of Kogi State. She is a chief lecturer at the Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja.


She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the prestigious University of Ilorin, Kwara state. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the National Teachers Institute, Kaduna, and a Diploma in Computer Training program. Mrs. Leah as she is popularly called,  holds a Master in Public Administration (MPA) and a Master of Science M.Sc Political Science, all from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State..


Mrs. Omolegbe attended hundreds of academic seminars/ conferences and has published dozens of papers in reputable journals.


Mrs. Omolegbe Leah Tinuola has also served in different capacities, units, and roles in the polytechnic. She is currently the Dean, School of Preliminary Studies, Itakpe, a member of the Books and Handout Committee of the School of Preliminary Studies, Itakpe, and a member of the editorial board, Confluence Journal of Innovation and Technological Development(COJITED). She is the Chairperson, Ad-hoc Committee on Campus maintenance, a member ASUP Reconciliation Committee, Member Mock Accreditation Committee, Member – Task Force for accreditation of Programmes in the School of Engineering, Itakpe, a Member of the inaugural Chief Lecturer Committee, a Member of the Central Examination Misconduct Committee among others. She was also the Chairperson of the organizing committee for the 5th National Conference of the School of Preliminary Studies, Osara in 2016, and the Chairperson of the Decoration Committee of the 4th National Conference of the School of Preliminary Studies, Osara in 2015.


Finally, Mrs. Omolegbe Leah Tinuola is happily married with four kids and she serves as the Assistant Leader, Good Women of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Jordan Parish, Lokoja.
